Strength & Conditioning
Kendrick is a passionate powerlifter and strength coach who placed 4th in the 93kg class at the 2024 Powerlifting America Nationals and has showcased his skills nationwide.
Kendrick's love for helping people reach their full potential drives his approach to coaching. He creates personalized, evidence-based training plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
Beyond his technical expertise, Kendrick's holistic approach fosters a supportive and motivational environment, empowering his clients to push past their limits. Always eager to learn, Kendrick continuously incorporates the latest research and techniques into his coaching to stay at the forefront of the industry and is currently working towards his bachelor's in exercise science.
